2012 MAY EXAMS SCHEDULE HILLSBORO SENIOR SPRING INFORMATION
1. Senior dues are $80. For students who qualify for free or reduced meals, senior dues are $53.
2. Students who have school fines for textbooks, athletic uniforms, library books, essential literature, etc. will not be able to participate in the graduation ceremony. Please clear these ASAP.
3. Senior exams dates: 5/10 A1 & A2 5/11 B5 & B6 5/14 A3 & A4 5/15 B7 & B8 Seniors will be notified of exemption on 5/8 & 5/9.
4. Baccalaureate Sat., 5/19, 4:00 p.m. at the MNPS Martin Center adjacent to Eakin Elementary School.
5. MANDATORY graduation practice is Thurs., May 17th at 10:00 in Allen Arena.
6. Students or their parents will be able to pick up their 15 Tickets the week of 4/23-4/27 in the Diploma Programme Office. The tickets must be signed for, and they are non-replaceable. Families who want more than 15 tickets may fill out a request and we will issue what we have available to these families the following week.
7. Students must sign the graduation ceremony contract to be eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony. Most students have completed this. This can be done in the Diploma Programme Office.
8. Ms. Richardson has covered dress requirements, and students received it in writing along with their caps and gowns in April.
