Overton teacher receives AP Fellows Scholarship

A big "Congratulations!" is in order for Emilie Armstrong, AP World History teacher at John Overton High School, for receiving an AP Fellows Scholarship! The AP Fellows program is an annual competitive grant program that provides $1,000 scholarships for secondary school teachers to attend AP Summer Institutes. There were 250 scholarship winners nation-wide, and Ms. Armstrong was the only recipient in MNPS.
