Congratulations to all of the 2007-08 Hillsboro Model United Nations students who competed against more than 600 students from across the State of Tennessee in the program:

Hannah Plummer, Kyle Plummer, Eric Hudiburg, Robert Martin, James White, Mary Claire Bryant, Mary DuBose, Roger Diehl, Gus MacDonald, Chloe Perry, Shree Chudasama, Yousuf Ahmad, Isabelle Gigante, Robert Phengnoi, Zoe Smith, Christina Hasbrouk, Nathania Kabiling, Ali McQueen, Christiana Reese, Kelsey Franklin, David Koomen, Parker Hawkins, Eliana Rarmage and Jessica Woodward. Great weekend, great work.

Special congratulations to the following countries and team members:

Armenia (Eric Hudiburg, Mary Claire Bryant and Mary Dubose), Congo (Hannah Plummer, Robert Martin and James White), Zimbabwe (Kyle Plummer, Yousuf Ahmand and Parker Hawkins) and Denmark (Christina Reese, David Koomen and Isabelle Gigante)- Those resolutions were passed in committee.

Burkina Faso (Roger Diehl, Gus MacDonald and Chloe Perry) won its case in the ICJ and won outstanding resolution and won outstanding argument in the ICJ.

Zimbabwe also won outstanding costume.

Eliana Ramage won outstanding journalism award for Press Corps.

Roger Diehl won outstanding delegate.
