Hillsboro students make a huge impact at LP PENCIL Box
Please see the letter below, sent to Mr. Manuel.  Any Life Skills parent who would like to have the photo, please reply to this message and I can send it to your personal email address.

Dear Hillsboro Principals and Teachers,

Since January the Hillsboro life skills class has been helping at LP PENCIL Box every Thursday. LP PENCIL Box, the free supply store for MNPS teachers, could not have been as successful without them. The students have helped me inventory donations, restock shelves, clean up the store, break down boxes and tons of other activities. Ms. Hill, Coach Myers, and Ms. Slater were always very encouraging and great with the students. I enjoyed having them this year, and we have agreed to have the students come two days next school year to LP PENCIL Box since it was such a success. I have attached a great picture from the students' last day.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
Thanks!

Sincerely,
Sarah M. Killpack
Program Manager
