February 13 and 14 HHS at Region Tournament @ Independence High School
The Hillsboro Wrestling Team beat BGA 56-24 on Thursday January 15th!!!
The Hillsboro Wrestling Team traveled to Sewanee, TN on Saturday January 17th and brought back a FOURTH PLACE TROPHY!!! Six wrestlers won medals and there were 16 teams in this tournament. Here's how Hillsboro did it:
Darien Jones won 1st Place in the 130 weight class
Michael Eady won 2nd Place in the 152 weight class
Grant Smodic won 3rd Place in the 119 weight class
Will Peebles won 3rd Place in the 130 weight class
Lee Bogitish won 3rd Place in the 140 weight class
Austin Duran won 4th Place in the 215 weight class
Congratulations to the team!!!!
Several of the guys had to wrestle 5 times on Saturday!!!! Way to go!
