2007 Hillsboro Swim Team
Regular Season is October-February
This is the fifth year for the Hillsboro Swimming Burros and they continue make waves ending the season with a tie for Second Place in Division II Middle Tennessee High School Swimming. The 15 swimmers who make up the 2007-2008 Swimming Burros are: Parker Hawkins and Greyson Findley (Seniors), Sean Murphey, Rebecca Senn, Kim Brown*, Casey Drumwright*, Garner Lee* (Juniors), Ryan Jennings, Eleanor Phillips, Keller Hawkins, Brittany Pradhan, Olivia Blanchard (10th) and Will Means, Yi Huang, Casey Murphey (9th).

Middle Tennessee Regional High School Swimming Competition - January

The Hillsboro's Women's Relay Team placed 5th overall at the Middle Tennessee Regional Competition. This is a very large group of over 800 high school swimmers representing public schools, private schools and home school students. > The 2007-2008 Women's Relay Team were: Casey Murphey, Keller Hawkins, Eleanor Phillips, Rebecca Senn > This dynamic group finished First Place [undefeated] in the Division II Middle Tennessee Championship > and 5th overall in the Regional High School Competition held January 25, 2008.
Tennessee High School State Championship Swim Meet - February
Several Swimming Burros qualified to represented Hillsboro in the Tennessee High School State Championship Swim Meet held February 8 and 9, 2008 competing against over 1100 top high school swimmers in Tennessee.
Rebecca Senn, Shawn Murphey, Eleanor Phillips, Keller Hawkins, and Casey Murphey proudly wore the Green and Gold. Our Women's Relay Team placed 10th in the 200 Medley Relay and 17th in the 400 Free Relay. Our girls team placed 16th overall in the State. Rebecca Senn brought home the top Hillsboro individual honors placing 6th in the 100 Back and 11th in the 100 Free. Eleanor Phillips also brought home honors placing 12th in the 100 Butterfly.
